What are your hours of operation?

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Garden Center Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Closed Sunday

Do you offer delivery services for plants, soil, and other garden supplies?

Yes! Delivery charges vary based on location. Contact us for pricing and scheduling.

Can I place an order online or over the phone?

Yes! Orders can be placed over the phone. Online ordering is not available at this time.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Yes! Join our Bayview Bloomin’ Buck Club to earn cash back.

  • Make a purchase and sign up in-store.
  • Your total (excluding tax) is recorded on a membership card.
  • On your next visit, continue earning by using your card.
  • Once you fill 6 boxes, you receive a Bayview Gift Certificate for 10% of your total purchases.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in-store.

What is your return policy on plants and gardening supplies?

  • One-year guarantee on trees and shrubs that we install.
  • Returns accepted within 7 days with original receipt (varies by product condition).
  • Plants must be in resaleable condition.
  • Refunds may be issued as cash, credit card refund, store credit, or exchange (depending on circumstances).
  • Our goal is to be fair and ensure customer satisfaction.

Spring plants arrive in March when the Garden Center and Gift Shop reopen.
