Landscape Construction Associate
We are looking for experienced and diligent Landscape Construction Associates to join our team. Every employee makes a valuable contribution towards the success of our company. We select high quality individuals who enjoy working outdoors and who take pride in their work. This position is accountable to assist with producing high quality landscapes that fulfill the requirements of both the client and Bayview Garden Nurseries.
Wage:
- Up to $27 per hour. All pay is based on industry experience.
- Full time
- 10 Hour shift
- Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Landscape Construction Associate Duties:
- Work closely with the Foreman and Crew Leader in installation of landscape construction projects
- Always represent the company’s best interest by maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and safe job site and assist Foreman and Crew Leader in keeping an orderly and stocked trailer.
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis
- Work as part of a team and take direction
- Understand production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great quality service or excellent quality
Landscape Construction Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds keeping a plus
- Knowledge operating construction equipment a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to follow directions.
- Attentive and hardworking.
- Physically fit.
